Last week I had visited airtel office Kormangala, Bangalore to convert mine postpaid to prepaid they made me clear postpaid due amount and took 550 rs for prepaid sim plan and said in 3 days it will be converted from postpaid to prepaid. As I have only one primary number I asked them clearly will their be any network break in tradition from postpaid to prepaid they said it would happen immediate so wont be loss in network. Next day got message that it will be converted to postpaid to prepaid between 10:30 PM to 5:30 AM since then their is no network it shows no service today is 4th day. As this is my personal and business number m loosing my business and no contact from anyone due to no service. Since Saturday daily m going different airtel offices Kormangala, Banashakri, katrigupe hoping someone will fix every time I go they make me wait for 15 20 min and say ticket is raised, mail is sent it will be resolved once we get update will call back. No body calls back only m following up at offices, customer support, etc. Most worst part is every time I call to customer support I have to explain everything again and they say they will connect to next person and again explaining then same thing ticket raised. Even no no service m using airtel postpaid since last 5 plus years paying their bills. I lost my patience so writing here I don’t know who is that backed team where they raise tickets. Their office people have no idea whats issue all they talk kiddish saying switch on switch off phone, flight mode on off, I want someone to take action immediately.
