Hi Team,
I have a water purifier from Bluestar company, they sold me an annual maintenance contract which includes all the regular services of RO and if any filter replacement is there, that is also included.
Now my RO stopped working on 6th August and i raised a complaint on Bluestar customer support. My complaint no : B24080803643.
Its 21st sept now and till now they have not even visited once to resolve the issue. Everyone in their is ignoring my calls and i have no option left now.
