Text of Complaint by Monit Sharma:

I had taken an excitel wifi connection . The payment was made for 6 months till 14-Nov-2025. The service provider interenet was disrupted on 19th August 2025 after which i requested a connection issue in their Excitel App. It was not resolved nor any refund was provided for the advance payment. when i raised a query multiple times, it was not resolved and i had to take a paycut as my work is fully dependent on the internet. I had to ultimately take another service provider connection and resume my work. I was refused services when i visited the offline store as well but to no avail as the person failed to recognise the issue and not refund me as well. Please take appropriate action and make sure i m refunded for the payment i have made already and not receiving any services on their part
