I recharged my Airtel Wifi connection (03315065344_wifi) on 5th November,2023 for next 5months, which means untill 4th April,2023. But they suddenly disconnected and stop providing internet service on 25th November,2023. It’s been 12days I am not able to use internet or attend my classes online. I contacted them so many times that I lost count may be more than 60 times or above but they still didn’t provide me any solution regarding this problem. They denied the refund too. As I paid for 5 months in advance, I’m helpless right now. They aren’t providing any service or solution or refund.
