This is to bring to your notice that my Airtel sim had abruptly stopped showing network service.
It had been recharged and has validity till May 16.
As a medical personnel it has been very difficult for me to commute with my co workers and my family back at home.
During the lockdown this is very unfair and systematically wrong as even I cannot operate any online banking services as OTP will be sent to my number .
Regarding professional updates and requirements the former number was in circulation.
Hence kindly do the needful and let me know whom to contact regarding this matter.
