Hi,
My sim is out of service since 29th Oct 2018 without any reason or notice. All my bills are promptly paid. I have been following up with 121 and nodal office email. They promised that they will restore my services by 2nd of Nov, however nothing has happened till now. Its seriously affecting my work , online transactions etc.
