I am subscriber to airtel number 8826710929 for last several years. Since last few days my airtel connection has stopped working and there is a sign No Service. As our housing society is sealed and declared as containment zone, I cannot go out of the complex. I had sent my handset through my driver to customer care centre of Airtel in Greater Noida but they have refused to help. They say it an old sim which needs to be replaced and services on this sim card cannot be made available. As per your executive, for getting new sim I have to be physically present in the airtel office.
It must be appreciated that during the current lockdown, entire business is being done from home through telecommunication services and most of services are via my number 8826710929 as well online banking services.
Please arrange to either provide a new sim cars or resume services on my existing sim card.
