Sir,

 This is highly disappointing that I have to bring this issue to your notice that your company has failed to provide a very basic service as promised.

  This is in reference with the International pack requested to be activated on my number 9816070005 on 29thSeptember (Ref. No BR0001PFWDYS) for my travel to Spain from 30th September 2018 to 16thOctober 2018. Everything was confirmed with Mr Sanjeev regarding the places which we had to travel (Moscow (Russia), Tenerife (Spain), Fuerteventura (Spain), Madrid (Spain), Barcelona (Spain)) and the travel dates.

    Unfortunately, the said services could not be delivered to us. On 30th September and 15thOctober while travelling through Moscow (I had a connecting flight) I could make calls back to India without any problems which can be verified from the call details as well. But on reaching Spain, the main destinations, I was not able to make any calls or use any data in all the four locations of Spain. We tried to contact Mr Sanjeev and Mr Mandeep from Spain but it was of no good.

Later, they even stopped picking our calls or responding back to the messages. Before taking the plan, we had informed Mr Sanjeev the importance of this international pack because our entire business runs on phone. It was not an issue of one or two days but the pack not working at all for the entire duration.

Earlier whenever we have traveled out of the country we have taken similar services from other service providers and have never faced any such problems. I had confirmed several times from Mr Sanjeev about the connectivity in Spain because I was not sure about the connectivity on the islands (Tenerife and Fuerteventura) but Jio failed to provide connectivity on the mainland itself (Madrid and Barcelona). We could not contact at our work place properly and due to which we had to face losses in our business. Neither could we manage the business as effectively as we could just because of false conveyance/ no network coverage of Jio.

Jio being a big name in the communication industry has proven itself to be a very unprofessional and unreliable company making false promises. I have many friends traveling out of the country several times a year and I was going to suggest this plan to them. But now looking at the response and quality of your service I am never going to suggest the name to anyone. I have never come across such an unprofessional behavior before from any service provider. Not only the company has let us down in providing us the very basic service, but also it has given its customers ( us) and many others a chance to never trust your services and service providers. It clearly shows the efforts that your company and your service providers (salesmen) put behind providing services to the customers and how you make false promises of delivering that you can’t. I’ll make sure to take this up to a much larger platform and let all your customers know that they should not be fooled by any fake promises that you make.
