Sir,
I am Krishna Kanta guin,my Airtel post paid no 8158908409,my location now pin no 370001,bhuj, gujrat,
Sir I am many companies 28 Dec 20 to till date,but airtel care do not satisfaction ans and satisfaction service,
I am paid every month,but internet service slow regarding complaint many times, customer care said our team work,few days complaint closed date today 11.55 am,but same problem face to me and my children.
I am paying every month better internet use,but your company me and my family harassment every day.my child do not join the online classes.
I want to 28 Dec to till date my internet regarding mony back and months of January bill adjust becose your company do not provide better internet service,
Airtel customers care provider only free advice,
Me jab se companies ky hu tab se service better na dena ke karon mera bill adjust v nhi kar raha he till date tak keha raha he service nhi mila fir v payment kerna peraga,
sir I am case airtel company agents,
me and my family mantel harassment and my child do not join online classes join,jisme mera child ke feature kharep ho raha he.
Sir service nhi de raha he to payment kis baat ki,wait kerte kerte 1.5 month ho gy he.
Pl help me and my family.
