I have been using Airtel since 2014. Everything was excellent until mid 2018. After that whenever I recharge with unlimited pack, I was able to use every service except internet. I kept contacting to customer care for 7-8 months still my problem didn’t get solve. As my sim was of Bihar and I was living in Delhi, so when I went to Airtel Service Center (Airtel Store) they told they can’t help me as my sim was of Bihar. And when I went to Airtel Store in Bihar, they tried their best but still no results. So, they told me your sim is very old, take a new sim keeping the same number. I did still the problem continues. Now, I am in Chennai. Today, even after recharging with any pack, I am unable to use any service; neither I can make call, send SMS or surf internet, only incoming is available. In this whole cycle, I would have wasted more than 2-3k.
