I got recharged my prepaid for my mobile no-9818138438 on 25.10.2020 for 365 days .This problem is being faced for the last 2 days .The Transaction Id 201025238403 dated 25.10.2020.Presently I am not able to make phone calls. Please resolve the problem immediately./with out further delay.
