I paid spl recharge of ₹558/- through your website
www.airtel.in/5/app on 18/06/2020 as advance action & I immediately got the following message.(My existing package ends on 21/06/2020)
Recharge of Rs. 558 has been initiated towards your airtel mobile 9652404522. Txn ID: 200618190563. The payment will get posted to your airtel account within maximum 4-hours. Please keep this Txn ID for future reference.
But I am not getting any service since today morning
I had to pay ₹48 & ₹49 to send this mail,complaint.
Please take urgent action & revive my services.
You gave me an unforgettable lesson that henceforth no advance payment to airtel.
