SINCE THE DATE AND TIME OF COMPLAINT I HAVE BEEN GETTING RESCHEDULED EVERY SINGLE DAY I GET A SLOT TOO BUT THE ENGINEER NAMED GAUTAM NEVER PICKS MY CALLS OR SHOWS UP TO CHECK MY ISSUE. I HAVE FACING NO NETWORK ISSUE IN MY JIO FIBRE SINCE AUGUST 1ST EVEN AFTER REPEATED COMPLAINT TO YOUR CUSTOMER SERVICE I FIND NO SUPPORT AND ONLY BOGUS PROMISE I FEEL CHEATED AND FOOLED AND CONSTANT HARASSMENT AS I HAVE TO NOT ONLY DO DOUBLE REACHARGE BUT I AM ALSO LOSSING MY PREVIOUS TIME AND MONEY IN ENDLESS DEAD END COMPLAINT CALLS I DO TO YOU.
I FEEL HUMILIATED FOR NOT GETTING A PROPER RESPONSE WHICH I BELIEVE A PAYING CUSTOMER DESERVES.
IF THIS IS TOO MUCH TO ASK FOR THAN I AM SORRY TO SAY THIS IS THE LEAST WE EXPECT FROM A MILLION DOLLAR COMPANY.
