I am paying 999 rs every month to airtel for 200 mbps uninterrupted broadband service. Most of the time airtel is down or giving bandwidth of 50 mbps instead of 200 mbps. This is utter cheating. I should get the refund of my monthly charges paid, because clearly not the service has been provided which was promised.
