My name is deep and i am from Sambalpur (Odisha) my complaint is against AIRTEL
From past 5 days My SIM NETWORK is showing no network .
And i am in home quarantine not able to visit the store. I requested my sister to visit the store but store people didn’t allow her to replace the sim . I gave her the authority to replace the sim with all documents , authority letter with my signature and that sim card too but they said you have to wait for more 16 days then only it will possible.
I too agree that i am in home quarantine but think how a person can wait for 14 or 21 days. Without his permanent number..??

from 5 days i am following up and highlighting this issue on mail tweeter but not getting any solution.
Yesterday i got a call from airtel team he said “ i will not give you any service “.
Same word he has used on call .!!
i asked him why you will not give he said i will not give any service to you. That call was like challenging me .!! So i too started rude on that call:- why you will not give any service. I said i will keep posting and keep doing mail he said do whatever you want but i will not give any service.
Then today morning I Got a call from police station that i am threatened airtel person with my brothers . Even i don’t have any brother.
I Thought this will be the correct platform to to get solution . Thats why i am raising complaint here.
