Day before yesterday placed a request for relocation of tata sky .
After calling customer care getting a answer ” escalation kar diya hai 2 gante m call aa jayega” then get a call from service boy that he will not come in this area. Again called a customer care and loop continue with the same line . Yesterday customer service said that today they will send someone and i have taken a leave from office but again full day facing same issue its 6:58 pm but no 1 has came yet.
