Dear Concern,
This is to put in your kind notice that i have requested for Airtel MY Home plan of Rs.1899 which includes 3 Mobile Number + DTH worth Rs.500 + WIFI with 500gb data every month.
Have ported my numbers and same done by March 1st Week and same time have asked for MY Home plan. As per my understanding i should be paying Rs. 1899 + GST every month but currently getting different messages for my WIFI + DTH & Mobile numbers.
Primary Number is : 7840071709
Secondary Mobile Number is : 9718852278
DTH no. : 3027961001
WIFI + Landline : 08 – 41219590
Have called store executive also who was helping me on this and till not got any solution.
Infact have paid Rs. 628 for my mobile no. 7840071709 & Again amount of Rs. 850 is due for 9718852278 to be paid by 18th April 2020 & for DTH & WIFI their is due of Rs. 1652(approx. ) and due date is 1st may .
for DTH also have topped up for Rs. 400.
Need clarity on this and expecting to be properly mapped and should pay only 1 amount.
