I bought A O Smith water heater in 2020. In 2021 they made me take 5 years AMC for ₹5000. Since 2021 I have made more than 4 service requests but they have never called or sent any technician for getting the water heater serviced. Now my water heater has stopped working and still they have not sent any technician for servicing.
