My RO is not working since 12.2.2023. I lodged the service complaint. when nothing satisfactory was done and RO was still not working. I escalated the complaint to CEO. in response, I got email on18.2.2023 conveying apology and Complaint number CM-180223-6470509 with assurance that the service of RO would be completed within 24 hours.
Service is yet to be done. Looks like after change of management in recent past, the service level is ZERO. While I would be buying a new RO of different company, I need refund of unexpired one year of 2 years AMC.
I requested email IDs of Mr Pota (MD and CEO) and Mr Arvind Uppal, but not received.
