Hi
I am not getting service in my prepaid mobile for 10 days now. I got a duplicate sim for this purpose 3 days back and my problem is still not resolved. On top of that the airtel office in shornur road thrissur is very unhelpful and mocking the customer. All my important alerts including my banking is on that number. I am unable to port the number also. Please help
