We spoke to technicians (contact-9725223860) for setup of wifi connection at our new location in Ahmedabad. He said to renew the package and make payment. He said wifi will be setup on the same day “WITHIN FEW HOURS AFTER ONLINE PAYMENT” (7-4-2021) we acquired request number from customer care (80628) We made the payment of 3800. He stopped picking up our calls since then. We called another person (contact- 8160531496) he asked us to wait for few days. Even customer care person asked us to wait. Some people came at home to check. They said they cant find the wire call the technician next time. Now it has been more than a month. Then he said, there is no DP, or no box available at your location, you need to buy new connection. If we were supposed to buy new connection then why the technician made us pay for renew package? No proper support provided from customer care even as she told that she will forward the complaint further. No one is responding to mails also.
