Dear Concern,
I am Priya Rani, having been your customer since June 2024. I have submitted a request for relocation and your team member came and collected my old device but after it no one contacted me nor they came to reinstall my existing connection in my new address. My order number is LR00000CL529 and my order is ON HOLD from 22 oct.
I have already sent so many emails @jiofibercare@jio.com. Still no one contacted me and neither they sent to relocate my old connection even though I have already paid for relocation of Rs. 1000.
Kindly look into the matter seriously and provide the solution. If you dont want to relocate my connection then kindly refund my money.
