My no is 9135909623 ,last night (midenight) my mobile network got vanish,showing no sim , then today morning I went to Airtel Store for solution they asked me to replace the sim which i did and acc to them it was supposed to get solved in next 4hrs but when it was not resolved i again visited the nearby store they said its been rejected ,reason which they able to see was the no payment of any privious bill which they were not able to see, it could only be seen by MP State circle but i was in hyderabad, then i called the coustomer care and explained the same they said your bill is not yet generated and till date service amount is Rs1179 ,just pay the amount and the service will get resume, but still its not done ,
I am really fed up with the Airtel Service this is the only no i am using and its important no and i feel like help less
