I had registered a complaint with Airtel Fibre regarding the broken link for my connection. It’s been 3 days since I complained but they haven’t responded yet. Everytime I contact the customer care they just keep saying we regret the inconvenience and they say that the issue will be resolved in the next 4 hours, but still no action is taken. The technical team has still not visited my place and I’m without internet for the past three days. This is the worst customer service ever.
