Hi I’m from Hyderabad, from past 2 weeks it’s showing as no service available I tried every possible solution like switch off my Mobile and restart . Taking out the sim and relpacing it back but it didn’t work. So I went to some mobile shop to get this problem fixed . He had put a new sim with the same number and charged Rs 100. He said it works within 1 hr . I have waited for the whole day but still o couldn’t make calls even after recharge. And when others are dailing my number it’s still saying out of service. I lost hope on Airtel. If my problem wouldn’t be resolved I will stop using this services as I lose trust on this network. Please try to look into this issue . As I’m even unable to contact customer care. I hope this would be resolved quickly.
