Hi
I have been trying to reach the airtel customer support regarding a defective SIM for over a month now. A Google search for the customer service desk number directs me to Airtel DTH. I somehow manage to connect to the relevant mobile customer desk . Upon punching in the necessary IVR codes and confirming my mobile number the call either abruptly ends or an IVR voice tells the number is incorrect. I also tried writing to them but I get an automated response to re-verify my number via OTP. But then how can one verify an OTP on a defective SIM. I have found it impossible to reach a genuine customer care service desk in the last 3 months.
