Dear Sir/Madam,
I have completed all the necessary documentation for new connection on 28th May,2020. But till date there is no connection..the concerned person is not responding to calls..if he receives the call he says it will be done today everytime but till date I didn’t got the connection..if such is the service issue before installation then what would be service after installation.
Not only me,the society where I live and people who having jio fibre connection are also complaining about service.
I hope some action would be taken and my issue would be solved.
