I had shifted within town and wanted to get gtpl broadband Connection be shifted. When I asked agent he said it will be done free of charge. He shifted it as he said. It has been 15 days of shifting but internet is not working. On raising ticket, the engineer reaches to old house and when I call that it has been shifted, he never come back and argue that it’s not my job to look into it. I’m asking for refund, however it has been 5 days since I’ve got the last reply. Tired of all these.
