I had ordered suit fabric from krazy kolours website. They had mentioned that the item is easily returnable on one phone call.
I didnt like the colour & quality of item & thought to return it asap. I kept calling them for 2 days but they did not attend one single call. I finally e-mailed them & attached the photos of defective fabric. They responded & asked me not to worry & that the tailor will fix the defects.
Basically, there is no way to return the item & they are not at all easily approchable.
