I have ordered a Asus Vivobook 15 from Amazon on 02th oct 2021 but Amazon delivered to me a scratched product when i am returning this product Amazon not pickup the scratched product after many time trying to call Amazon agent but he don’t receive/call back to me also he reappointment for next day repeatedly from 8th oct to till now 14th Oct 2021
