I have paid rs.1000 two times only one payment you have shown & disconnected my brodband I have again paid at your stori THAT is register but what about earlier payment which got debited from my account.
I received call from some Mahesh jain assuring me the payment will credited to my account. Unfortunatily no action from your side with false calls and false email & posting in your app saying my complaint is resolved which is not a case.
I never expected such a behaviour from organisetion like you ,it is frusteting .
