I had bought an Asus Fold laptop on 21st of April. It got delivered on 25th of April. It didn’t switch on. 29th April I raised a return. The technician visited and carried the laptop back with him. Then they came back after multiple follow ups claiming it is okay. But it didn’t work. The technician said that they will ossie a DoA but Flipkart said issue resolved. I reopened the issue, they scheduled the technician visit again. They issued a DoA. Now the app says visit pending. And they are not ready to give a refund. It has been over a month. I have had to pay 2 EMIs and no response from Flipkart. Please help. To summarize: Brand has issued DoA and still they are not refunding my money. It is a 3.3 Lakh rupee laptop.
