Hi my name is sagar mal meena
- Sir I have been recently shopping done by paytm mall online on 25/11/18.my orders for kent grand plus 8 ltr RO uv+ uf with tds controller which cost 17400rs on paytm. I received kent grand plus RO on dated 2/11/18. After receiving kent grand plus RO i was requested kent ro installation service for ro installation. When kent RO service mechanic installation. He was found some parts of the RO not working. He said me this ROis not working you return/replace it. So I requested replacement/return on dtd 4/11/18 . Paytm customers care told me your product collected 9/11/18. When no ANY PERSON came pickup RO.so again request paytm mall customers care.but one msg received by paytm mall.your request has been cancelled.i am so sad. Please help me to get my money
