I had placed a requestTata Sky Binge WO# 1-2650LY0W dated 25/06/2020 for the replacement of my Amazon fire stick remote which is under warranty period. I called atleast 10-12 times to customer care but yet no reaponse, everytime they record my complaint and suggest to wait 24hrs and assure it would be taken care of within 48hrs but no action has been taken yet. I am now fed up to call anymore for the same issue. Hope this complaint would help in any way
