Text of Complaint by Krishnakumar:

I purchased your product “Fire boltt Smart watch, M (BSW005)” on 18th March 2022. I thought fire boltt was a reputed company and the product will be in good quality, Unfortunately, I understood it was wrong. After 2 weeks of purchase, the watch is not working as it mentioned, as the ticket number 85422 I replaced the product and I received it on 21st April 2022 (after one month), but the product was not new it was completely damaged. I have been reporting this through the mail since 21st April 2022 as the ticket number 108 but there is no response towards the complaint, attaching the proof below. How should I move towards this complaint as there is no response, otherwise provide the contact information of this respective company so that I can inform them about the issue or refund the purchase invoice amount? I think u can resolve this problem immediately.
