We have been using Eureka Forbes Aquaguard RO+UV water purifier for the past 10 years which has been under AMC bearing the customer Id: 840214 . The service personnel collected the amount for AMC renewal every time but the service is not followed. For 2020, the service personnel collected the AMC amount during Jan 2020 along with Rs.150 for replacing 10″ candle, which is also not replaced yet. Our purifier is not working since 24/06/2020, regarding which we complained to the the Eureka Forbes customer care customer care via calls (about 5 times) and mail (about 3 times) since June 2020. Till date, no effective response was taken, so we requested for the refund of the amount paid (AMC+ Rs. 150) for which too no proper steps are taken. Kindly, help us in getting the amount paid.
