Text of Complaint by Balasaheb Thorat:

Dear Beformals Customer Service,

I am following up on my previous complaint regarding the incorrect and used items I received from my order No 15426. Despite issuing a customer care contact and outlining the issue, I have not received any response or acknowledgment from your team.

I am extremely disappointed with the lack of communication and the ongoing silence from your side. As I mentioned earlier, I received a used shirt and pants in a child’s size, completely different from what I had ordered, I had ordered for 02 x cargo pants . I have requested either a full refund or a replacement of the correct items, but I have not heard anything from your customer support team.

The lack of response is unacceptable, and I expect immediate action to resolve this matter. Please provide me with clear instructions on how I can return the incorrect items and receive the items I originally ordered, or issue a full refund as soon as possible.

If I do not hear back from you within 48 hours, I will have no choice but to escalate this issue further through other channels.

I look forward to your prompt reply.
