I paid ₹2000/- only through Paytm on 18th of Sept. 2023 towards the purchase of Ikea Tool-Kit (Online Clearance Store) with UPI ID: vidualc.chaincame@timecosmos. There is no Response from the agency, (Chaincame) about the said item. The authenticity of the said agency cannot be ascertained. I request the agency to refund the amount of ₹2000/- to my account at the earliest.
