I am not using the airtel fiber broad band connection for past 4 months as I moved away from bangalore. I have paid 6 months advance rental. I know that it is non refundable now again I am getting a message that it will get auto renewal for next 6 months on 14-August-2020 and asking me to pay the money.
I tried reached out to customer care and didn’t find any option to talk with them and IVR is not receiving the account number to cancel the services. I even mailed to 121@in.airtel.com and no response and thanks app doesn’t contains option to deactivate
