I have made payment of renewal amount against my old mobile number whereas my another mobile number was registered at GTPL.
I have been following with GTPL since 60 days but no one is responding for the status of refund.
GTPL appellate authority and Nodal officer including local representative is also not replying to refund the money.
They don’t attend the call of customers.
If we present our point through email, there will be auto response every time.
I will recommend all not to use GTPL because in the beginning they will provide best service but whenever the problem comes, they will take time to resolve it and when the money is involved, only customer will have to suffer, GTPL don’t support.
It is worst experience and it is proven that customer is just a tool of making money for GTPL.
