I have raised a new installation request and after 2 weeks no connection was installed and my request was cancelled automatically. Now i have raised another request which they are saying due to unavoidable reasons could not be installed but my neighbourers already have a connection.
Also, i am not sure if Jio is lagging in the resources or they are lagging customer satisfaction – if not possible they should not have taken my request. Is Jio not having the resolution team to look at the queries.
Total Unsatisfactory.
