My father bike given for accidental service on june’18 and Quotations gets for insurance purposes without our knowledge all parts replaced by dealer Amt RS.22500.
I asked dealer why changed without communicate. He told yr father paid advance Rs.7500 for work. Without advance we don’t work. I said i am only following and not paid money show bill details next day he called me and told sorry we mistake had my side u pay and take vehicle.
I complaint customer care on 19.11.2018. (C.no: 1-56379525861)
Then mailed to Honda customer care on 28.12.18.New complaint taken C.No: 1-59483960196.
Several times I called to customer care.Person attending and telling I want one day my backend team working but person not contacted from Honda.
Already 7month completed. No answer from customer care
