Text of Complaint by Amrutha:

Hi Team,

I had raised request for broad band connection for Rs.799, on 4^th May 2020

I received call from Laxmi(Mob: 9916202870) asking for the confirmation on the same, when I asked the details about the connectivity she said technician will come to my home and guide about the same.

Same day Ravindra kumar visited my house around 4PM. He checked the interent connection and told I will be getting only 16MBPS speed, which I was fine with as I am in need on internet. He asked me to pay, I said without connection how I will pay even before I get the connection, he said it is the procedure, hence paid Rs 2828.00 (for 3 months in advance), he took all the document verification and left saying within 24hrs to 48hrs installation will be completed.

I had not received any further communication even after 24hrs hence called Laxmi(Mob: 9916202870) and asked for an update, she said me wait till next day. And like a fool I did, After following up with her multiple times she provided a number (Mob 9591177114) saying he is the one who can help me in Installation.

I started calling to the Number (Mob 9591177114) for an update, he said there is no proper internet near your home hence we will not be providing the connection and kept the call (Did I call him to chitchat to keep the call on my face?)

After calling the same number multiple times and everytime he hung up with little or no response.

And this time a lady received the call in the same number and told cant give connection we will give refund, I just asked give me the reference number for this refund request. From then the awesome team is not receiving the call !!

And for the greater benefit madam Laxmi also stopped receiving the call Laxmi(Mob: 9916202870), (Mob 9591177114)

Then comes the new story, I took social Media platform to address the same, and no one from the team is responding there as well.
