I tried to order HSRP number plates for my vehicle on Feb 3rd 2024 through book my hsrp website. I filled out all the details asked in the website and amount got deducted successfully. But I have not received any order number/ tracking number or any invoice.

I have emailed my concern to customer care email but I’m not getting any response, I also tried to reach them through call but their customer care executives won’t respond.

Kindly requesting to help me get back the money or HSRP number plates
