Text of Complaint by Chaitrali:

On 28th morning I had ordered boat earbuds from MyShopify as there was a sale going on and I was in a need for them. After the payment procedure I also received a message confirmation saying that the order has been confirmed and that the shipment process will be informed to me through sms and email. However, I have not yet received and of these.
Kindly look into it.
