I had gave order of JBL speaker. price is 999rs.at the date 5th of May 2020. I can’t know my order status how is it.The merchant name is Ankit Jain and transaction way is PayUMoney.The merchant gave to contact him by the web site”Https://thestylestudios.com”. I tried to reach such website but there’s no response from the merchant.please I want to back my money.

Later, it has been observed that this phonesdeal.co.in is a fake website created by unknown fraudsters to defraud innocent people with the help of payment gateway facility duly provided by you (Payu). Many complaints are lodged in lasts days against this website for non-delivery of items despite getting payment through payment gateways.
Generally, These payment gateways/aggregators facility to be provided after detailed verification of their credentials and KYC genuineness of the merchant as per RBI guidelines.
You being a payment gateway and payment aggregators service provider responsible to ensure the KYC of the merchants before assigning the rights to use or access.
All the transactions are generated at your end under the specific transaction acknowledgment number. All transactions are routed through you, therefore, your role in such dealing becomes very important and reliable, and without your permission, no payment will reach to merchants. therefore, I would like to report here that please immediately hold the payment made under transaction number PAYUPAISA47779 dt. 31.05.2020 and refund the undersigned. if you fail to comply with the instructions, it will be presumed that you are equally involved in this criminal conspiracy with the defrauders and appropriate legal action will be initiated after 7 days without any further notice and also lodge a complaint with RBI against you.
