I made the transaction for repayment of my loan in mpokket, transaction status is successful from my bank side, but the status is not updated from mpokket company. I was requesting them to solve my issue but they failed to resolve the issue and charging me a late fee for my repayment of an updated transaction.
I had provided my bank statement and proof of transaction for deduction of money from my bank account, mpokket company failed to resolve my issue and extending days to charge more late fee from me.
