My name is jai Bharath Reddy and few months ago i have purchased fire bollt watch[ninja calling] from amazon but after several weeks the product showed up with an music glitch i have mailed to the fire boltt support team the team arranged replacement and after an month i have received an wrrong model watch which is cheaper than my previous watch i have mailed the support team again the team have arranged an another replacement and they have picked up my package and thats it!! Now there’s no response from the support team no reply in mails, calls etc.. now i dont even know any information regarding my watch the worse response from support i suggest not to buy any product from these type of company’s.
