I have placed my prepaid order of Rs. 609 on 8th of July 2023. Today is 15th July 2023 and they have not sent any updates about my order. The contact number provided by them on the website is unavailable, I have mailed them quite a few times they have given a response by stating the i will get updates in my message and mail soon. But I didn’t receive anything till now. Either you dispatch my order or initiate my refund.
