I have recently made a wrong transaction from credit card to a wrong UPI number and the amount is of rs 5000. After then I have called to customer care for several times but they didn’t respond and not even file a complaint from their side and they simply listen and cut the call. Not even in mobile app support is just simply saying “technical issue please try later”.
I want to chargeback my money…this is my request
